Cathy Savage

CEO, Founder

Cathy Savage is highly regarded as the pioneer of digital fitness and media communications within the online space. She initially founded a fitness company and swiftly transitioned it to an online presence with the advent of the internet where she helped her clients create brands both in person and digitally. Cathy is a sought-after advisor and mentor to many small businesses and personal brands with a client base that spans the globe. She has appeared on ABC, Fox, ESPN, and MTV, and has served as a contributor and advisory board member for magazines such as Oxygen and Strong Fitness Magazine.

Cathy holds a degree from Boston College and has pursued postgraduate education in Brand Management and Digital Marketing. Additionally, she is certified in AI and Prompt Engineering from Vanderbilt University.

As the pioneer of the “Marketing Runway” method, Cathy uniquely elevates her clients’ brands through her one of a kind knowledge of media and communications. Her foundational brand method has been recognized and shared through guest lectures at various colleges and on national stages. As a keynote speaker, she has addressed audiences ranging from small corporate groups to thousands of attendees at major events.
